The VG6000 Synthesized Vector Signal Generators are another test instrument developed by Yokogawa to target the ever-growing Mobile Wireless market.

•     6.2 GHz (VG6000)/0.1 Hz res.
•     RF bandwidth: Up to 120 MHz (-3 dB)
•     Arbitrary waveform generator function (optional):
•     Max. 64 Mpoints, max. 100 MHz clock, 14-bit D/A resolution, 2-channel (I&Q)
•     Pulse modulation: 1 µs to 30 µs (rise/fall time)
•     AM modulation: 60 MHz
